|Copyright Information (or lack thereof)|
The Westray.org Web site is realistically and unfortunately not protected by the copyright laws of the United States of America (or anywhere else for that matter). Any portion of this Web site will probably be reproduced in some form, or by any means, and without the written consent of Westray.org. Although, it would be greatly appreciated if I am notified, when anything is used (pretty please?).
However, the use of the graphics "Amber Gems" is strictly prohibited (unless you use them with a link to my site - and to Invidia Graphics). It is the exclusive property of Westray.org and is protected. So, don't mess with me, man! I haven't had enough caffeine today yet - so back off! (Grin)
Tea anyone? (Unsweetened with caffeine, of course.)
No trademark license is granted in connection with the materials contained in the Westray.org Web site because I can't afford it (and neither can you). So, let's face it. Unless we're talking major companies, and we're probably not - then, we're all out of luck.
